- Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective termination date.
- Ali Sedighi reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the client breaches material terms, fails to pay, or engages in illegal or unethical conduct.
- Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
9. Website Use & Conduct
